Shipping policy

Masters Natural Skincare uses The Courier Guy as our local and national courier. We endeavor to make sure the deliveries take place on time in collaboration with our courier partner.

The delivery options are as follows:

Local Same Day: R100 for Central Johannesburg and Pretoria. Orders are collected by 10:30am and will be delivered on the same day by 17:00.

Local Overnight: R125 for the following areas: Vaal, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Westonaria, Brits, Rustenburg & Hartbeespoort. You will receive your order the next day from day of collection of your order.

Domestic Roadfreight (ECO): R150  for 5kg or less. An extra R5 is charged for more than 5kg. Delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days. If you order on a Friday, your parcel will only be delivered the following week.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is placed.
